Coverage may include confirmed defects in materials, manufacturing, assembly, the motor, internal mechanical parts, electrical components, controls, the battery, and the charger. Battery and charger coverage applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects. Normal battery-capacity decline is not covered.
Normal residential, contractor, and professional use is covered when the product is used within its published specifications and rated capacity.
90-Day Quality Return or Exchange
For 90 calendar days after confirmed delivery, customers may request return or exchange consideration for a confirmed manufacturing defect or mechanical failure.
Available Remedies
Available remedies may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, exchange, an equivalent replacement, or refund. The remedy is based on verified facts, product condition, available parts, inventory, repair practicality, and applicable law.
Replacement priority is the same model, then a functionally equivalent and similar-value model, then another remedy accepted by the customer, and finally a refund when no reasonable repair or replacement solution is available. A materially lower-value replacement is not provided without customer approval.
A replacement is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer. A replacement does not automatically restart a new full 2-year warranty. A refurbished replacement will not be provided unless it is separately disclosed and accepted by the customer.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover normal battery-capacity decline; normal wear; worn jaws, dies, rings, blades, seals, or consumable parts; misuse; overload; drops or impact; water damage caused by misuse; incorrect voltage; incompatible accessories; unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair; improper maintenance or storage; loss; or theft.

Do not return a product before authorization. The return address is provided only after authorization.
