Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from the ZUPPER USA online store operated by TAIZHOU JULI TOOLS CO., LTD.

Contact ZUPPER Sales & Support as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An order can be considered for cancellation before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.

If the order has shipped, use the Return & Refund Policy. Do not refuse or return a shipment without approved instructions.
